IDR is seeking a Telecom Billing Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Georgia. This role involves supporting the management of telecommunications and network service operations, with a focus on process improvement, reporting, vendor management, and operational support within a large enterprise or government environment.
Position Overview for the Telecom Billing Analyst:
- Analyze telecommunications and network service operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Develop, document, and maintain operational procedures, workflows, standards, and governance processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize service delivery.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics related to service requests, incidents, assets, projects, usage, and vendor performance.
- Manage relationships with telecommunications vendors, review invoices, reconcile billing, and maintain accurate service inventories.
Requirements for the Telecom Billing Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT operations, service delivery, or process improvement.
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows, procedures, and operational standards.
- Experience analyzing data, creating reports, and developing metrics or dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, reviewing invoices, reconciling billing, and tracking service costs.
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure, telecommunications, networking, or enterprise technology services.
