Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Telecom Cloud Engineer with expertise in NFV/VNF architectures, OpenStack, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and automation using Python and Ansible. The ideal candidate should also possess exposure to AI-driven telecom operations, including Generative AI tools such as Claude, GPT, and Copilot.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, automating, and supporting next-generation telecom cloud platforms and network functions with a focus on cloud-native transformation and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities
Telecom & NFV Platform
- Design and implement ETSI-compliant NFV architecture
- Deploy and manage VNF/CNF workloads such as 5G Core, EPC, and IMS
- Integrate telecom workloads with MANO platforms like ONAP and OSM
- Perform lifecycle management (LCM) for network functions
- Support cloud-native telecom transformation initiatives
Cloud Platforms
- Deploy and manage OpenStack services including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, and Keystone
- Architect and maintain OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters
- Troubleshoot telecom workloads across hybrid and private cloud environments
- Enable onboarding and orchestration of Cloud Native Functions (CNFs)
Automation & DevOps
- Develop automation scripts and orchestration workflows using Python
- Create and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles
- Build CI/CD pipelines for telecom infrastructure deployments
- Automate provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and healing processes
AI / GenAI Operations
- Implement AI-driven operational automation and AIOps practices
- Utilize Generative AI tools such as Claude, GPT, and Copilot for:
- Incident triage automation
- Root cause analysis
- Log analysis
- Intelligent operational runbooks
- Develop prompt engineering workflows for telecom use cases
- Support predictive maintenance and anomaly detection initiatives
Monitoring & Support
- Monitor infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning
- Provide L2/L3 production support for telecom cloud environments
