Noblis is seeking a Telecom Analyst / Project Lead to review telecommunications solutions and architectures for FAA systems to ensure they meet FAA telecommunications guidelines, perform project management for FAA telecommunications projects to include solution development and Scope definition, cost estimation, scheduling and the tracking of resources and artifacts required for successful implementation of an FAA Telecom service.
This will include but not be limited to supporting the review IP configurations and IP supplemental forms for accuracy in IP subnetting, VPN configurations, firewall rules and other networking details prior to submission to the ordering process. This position will also attend meetings with the FTI vendor and the FAA to ensure major network infrastructure projects are progressing on schedule with minimal interruption to FAA operations. They will also work with other parts of the FAA organization; specifically, FAA Operations, FAA Security, FAA field personnel and FAA System Program Offices. Additional responsibilities include authoring Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, Contractual Clarification Requests, project plans, presentations, and diagrams to support the development and implementation of a telecommunications project to support FAA systems.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
