Pay Range: $50-$55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Role: RAN Performance Developer

Experience: 5-8 Years

Mandatory Skills:

• Telecom Domain Experience

• RAN (Radio Access Network)
• Google Looker / Looker Studio
• LTE / 5G Network Performance Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze RAN KPIs, counters, and network performance metrics.
• Monitor LTE and 5G network health, coverage, capacity, and service quality.
• Identify network degradation, congestion, and optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Google Looker/Looker Studio.
• Develop reports and visualizations for network performance tracking.
• Convert telecom performance data into actionable business insights.
• Work closely with RAN Engineering, Operations, and Customer teams.
• Support network optimization initiatives and performance improvement programs.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of LTE, 5G NR, and RAN architecture.
• Experience with telecom KPIs, counters, and performance statistics.
• Expertise in Google Looker / Looker Studio.
• Dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization.
• Telecom analytics and reporting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
