Telecom Sales ExecutiveOSP Fiber & Utility Infrastructure

We are partnering with a growing telecommunications infrastructure company seeking a driven Sales Executive focused on OSP fiber and utility infrastructure projects throughout the Mountain West.
This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities related to:
- Fiber optic infrastructure
- OSP telecom construction
- Directional drilling & trenching
- Broadband expansion
- Underground utility installation
- Municipal & utility infrastructure projects
- Data center connectivity
The ideal candidate will have experience selling within telecommunications, utility, or infrastructure construction markets and understand how to build long-term relationships with carriers, municipalities, utilities, contractors, and developers.
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of telecom, utility, or construction sales experience
- Strong business development / hunter mentality
- Experience with OSP fiber or underground utility projects
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation- Base salary: $90K–$120K DOE
- Uncapped commission structure
- Realistic OTE: $180K–$300K+
