Job Description
Seeking an experienced Telecom Specialist / Wireless Cellular Project Coordinator to support telecommunications provisioning, wireless/cellular operations, and project coordination initiatives. This role will work closely with telecommunications business offices, vendors, field teams, and stakeholders to support ongoing telecommunications growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate telecommunications provisioning activities, activations, and project initiatives.
- Support wireless/cellular provisioning, billing analysis, order management, and issue resolution.
- Assist with telecom circuit provisioning, changes, roadblock removal, and billing analysis.
- Partner with field teams and vendors to support circuit installations and operational communications.
- Maintain and optimize telecommunications circuit inventory and wireless technology portfolios.
- Produce reports, metrics, diagrams, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate vendor communications, contract/SOW support, and usage analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet project deadlines.
- Develop and implement SOPs related to telecommunications infrastructure and operations.
- Ensure professionalism, accountability, and effective communication across all initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator supporting wireless/cellular environments.
- Strong understanding of wireless/cellular provisioning, telecom orders, billing, and project coordination.
- Experience supporting telecommunications operations and vendor coordination.
- Strong Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-directed team player with strong professionalism and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with telecom circuit management and enterprise telecommunications support.
- Familiarity with wireless technology lifecycle management and telecommunications reporting/analysis.
- Prior experience supporting government or public sector environments is a plus.
