We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our round-the-clock service operations team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues — diagnosing problems quickly, communicating clearly, and driving resolutions from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, technical support, or service desk environments

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / Security Clearance

• Flexible to work shift-based schedules after training

Shift Schedule

Our operations run 24/7/365 across three shifts:

  • Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Swing Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Midnight Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Note: All new hires will begin on the Day Shift for training purposes. Shift assignments may change based on business needs after the training period is complete.
