They are currently seeking a Telecom Systems Support Engineer<\/b> for a 6 -month contract -to -hire opportunity. This role offers flexibility and may be worked onsite in Plainview, NY, or fully remote.<\/b>

The Opportunity:<\/b>

This is more than a ticket -queue support role. As a Level 2/3 Telecom Systems Support Engineer<\/b>, you will serve as a key escalation point for live production systems powering real -world communications infrastructure.
<\/p>
You will troubleshoot complex incidents across operating system, network, application, and database layers — owning issues through full resolution.
<\/p>
