Responsibilities

Candidate will be able to service customers with installation of low-voltage forms of cabling, dial tone, of communication networks, while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this candidate will have to pull, install and repair all low-voltage type cabling such as voice, data, coaxial, fiber optic, etc. Candidate must also have great communication skills to interface with clients, and work well with a team or own their own.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

A minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital environment. High School Diploma or Equivalent; required. Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, TMS: Time Management System). 1 to 2 years of experience in the telecommunications field, Nortel certifications such as hardware and software installation and maintenance power and grounding and environmental certifications preferred. Any experience with Nortel equipment is a plus.

Montclair Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
