Job Summary:
Responsible for support, maintenance, and reliable operation of all voice telecommunications systems. Administers various
support systems such as call accounting, traffic analysis, voice processing, local area networks, channel services units, and multiplexers.
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinates and manages moves, adds, changes, installations, and repairs of voice equipment.
· Conducts preventative maintenance for all voice equipment.
· Performa system diagnostics on all equipment including hardware and software on a daily basis.
· Performs installations of Voice Response Unit’s including remote touch tone devises.
· Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Degree: High School Diploma or GED
· Experience: 3-5 Years
· Supervisor Experience: None Required
· Licenses & Certification: Valid Driver's License
- Must remain auto insurable based upon the guidelines of Boone Health’s insurer
Preferred Qualifications:
· Degree: Associates
· Experience: 5-10 Years
