This Isn’t a Traditional Sales Position At All!

We’re looking for an experienced telecommunications professional who understands the Outside Plant (OSP) industry and has built a reputation through trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.

Whether your background is in Project Management, Operations, Construction Management, Estimating, Program Management, or Business Development, we’re interested in professionals who know the industry, understand how projects come together, and enjoy helping organizations grow.

Success in this role isn’t measured by cold calls or high-pressure sales tactics. It’s built on industry knowledge, trusted relationships, strategic thinking, and the ability to create opportunities before they ever reach the public bidding process.

If people answer your phone because they know and respect you, we’d like to meet you.

Your Mission

Help expand Crestone Services Group’s presence throughout the telecommunications industry by strengthening existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to contractors, utilities, municipalities, engineering firms, and telecom providers.

Working alongside Executive Leadership, Operations, and Estimating, you’ll help position the company for continued growth while developing lasting partnerships throughout the OSP marketplace.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you’ll:
  • Develop meaningful relationships with General Contractors, Telecom Providers, Utilities, Municipalities, and Engineering Firms.
  • Identify project opportunities before they become publicly bid whenever possible.
  • Expand the company’s visibility through networking, industry associations, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Estimating, and Executive Leadership to support continued growth.
  • Become a trusted resource for both existing and prospective clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities throughout the OSP marketplace.
  • Partner with Operations and Estimating during project pursuits.
  • Support proposal development and client presentations.
  • Represent Crestone Services Group at conferences, trade associations, and networking events.
  • Assist with branding initiatives, LinkedIn content, customer success stories, and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify future opportunities for growth.

Who We’re Looking For

Many successful candidates come from backgrounds such as:
  • Business Development Manager
  • OSP Project Manager
  • Senior Project Manager
  • Construction Manager
  • Operations Manager
  • Program Manager
  • Regional Manager
  • Technical Account Manager
  • Client Relations Manager
  • Strategic Account Manager
  • Estimator
  • Utility Construction Manager
  • Telecom Operations Leader
Don’t see your exact title?
That’s okay.

If you’ve built your career within telecommunications, fiber deployment, utility construction, or Outside Plant infrastructure—and you’ve earned the respect of clients, contractors, and industry partners—we’d encourage you to start a conversation.

Let’s Start a Conversation

If you’re looking for an opportunity where your reputation, relationships, and telecommunications experience are valued as much as your ability to develop business, we’d welcome the opportunity to speak with you.

All inquiries will be held in the strictest confidence.
