A Telecom Foreman is responsible for safely managing production teams at M.C Dean's manufacturing facility, Modular Mission Critical (MMC) in Ruther Glen, VA. The postion requires attention to detail to ensure projects receive Quality products that are in compliance with the drawings while maintaining production schedules and budgets. As a Foreman you should have the work experience installing equipment which involves using hand tools and power tools, an understanding of Telecom Systems, blueprints and knowledge of codes and standards. Telecom Foreman are full time employees with company benefits.
