Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
Present and sell telecommunications products and services, including internet, voice, wireless, cloud, and managed solutions.
Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
