What You'll Do
- Learn our sales strategies, communication techniques, and business operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on professional development and leadership growth
- Serve as a liaison between clients and our sales team
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and retention through Salesforce
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and company goals
- Receive personalized coaching and goal-setting support from leadership

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College graduates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Ability to work full-time in an in-person environment
