Telecommunications Sales Representative

StoneLion Solutions is growing, and we're excited to announce our newest expansion in Lexington, KY! We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning team and help drive our continued success.

What You'll Do

• Learn our sales strategies, communication techniques, and business operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on professional development and leadership growth
• Serve as a liaison between clients and our sales team
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and retention through Salesforce
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Work alongside team members to achieve individual and company goals
• Receive personalized coaching and goal-setting support from leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College graduates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
• Ability to work full-time in an in-person environment
