Ideal candidates bring strong RingCentral expertise, Avaya platform experience, and the ability to support complex telephony environments.
Required Qualifications
RingCentral experience
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years telecom/IT network systems experience
Avaya CM v16.3, System/Session Manager, Aura Messaging, CMS, VeraSmart, Virtual Observer, G430/G450/G650
Preferred Certifications
Cisco CCNA or CCVP
Avaya Certified Support or Implementation Specialist
$80,000 - $95,000 a year
