Braxon Industries is seeking motivated and safety-driven Microwave Backhaul Technicians to join our rapidly growing deployment team.

Our crews specialize in the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of carrier-grade microwave backhaul systems for major wireless carriers and telecommunications infrastructure providers throughout the United States. From tower-top radio installations to complete microwave path deployments, our work helps keep America's wireless networks connected.

Travel is a significant part of our deployment strategy, with projects located throughout the Southwest, Mountain West, and expanding markets nationwide. Job Responsibilities

nstall microwave antennas, radios, mounts, waveguide, coaxial cable, hybrid cable, fiber, and associated hardware.
Climb telecommunications towers to install, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot microwave backhaul systems.
Install, integrate, and commission carrier-grade microwave radio equipment.
Perform grounding, equipment mounting, cable routing, weatherproofing, and hardware installation.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, construction documents, and installation packages.
Perform equipment testing and system verification using industry-standard test equipment.
Troubleshoot microwave radio, RF, and transmission systems during installation and commissioning.
Capture accurate closeout documentation, photographs, and testing records.
Safely operate company vehicles, trailers, generators, and jobsite equipment.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, carrier, and Braxon Industries safety standards.
Work collaboratively with project managers, customers, and fellow technicians to deliver projects on schedule.
Travel extensively throughout the United States as required by project assignments.
Represent Braxon Industries professionally while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
A strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude.
The ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
The physical ability to climb telecommunications towers and perform demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and installation techniques.
The ability to work safely while following established procedures and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a professional team.
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Previous experience in microwave backhaul, telecommunications, construction, electrical work, RF systems, or other technical trades is preferred but not required.

Tower Climber Certification (ComTrain or equivalent)
OSHA 10 / OSHA 30
CPR / First Aid Certification
RF Awareness Training
Microwave radio platform training (Nokia, Ericsson, Aviat, Ceragon, DragonWave, and others)
Industry-standard test equipment training (Anritsu, Bird, Kaelus, EXFO, VIAVI, and others)
