What You Will Do

• Conduct virtual patient consultations across a broad spectrum of health concerns, delivering high-quality care in a remote setting.
• Evaluate patient symptoms, medical histories, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies as clinically appropriate.
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans in compliance with applicable regulations and clinical best practices.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists when patient needs extend beyond the scope of the organization.
• Collaborate with in-house clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care for each patient.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient encounters within the electronic health record system.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5–10 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or a closely related field.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO) in good standing; multi-state licensure is a strong asset.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or General Practice.
• Demonstrated experience delivering care in a telehealth or virtual care environment.
• Strong proficiency in remote patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and documentation within electronic health record platforms.

Preferred

• Experience with multi-state telehealth practice and familiarity with varying state-specific regulations.
• Background in managing chronic conditions and coordinating longitudinal patient care remotely.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms, digital health tools, and remote patient monitoring technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $160K to $200K, reflecting the experience and expertise of the selected candidate. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.
