About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Telemarketer to make 100 outbound cold calls per day to potential customers. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and comfortable following a call script while aiming to generate leads and schedule next steps for our sales team.
Responsibilities
Make 100 outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects
Use provided scripts and product/service information to introduce our offerings
Qualify leads and identify customer needs
Record call outcomes accurately in our CRM (e.g., notes, disposition codes)
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the appropriate team member
Meet daily and weekly performance targets (calls, lead quality, appointments)
Follow compliance and calling best practices (Do Not Call rules, consent requirements, etc.)
Requirements
Prior telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated throughout the day
Reliable attendance and consistent daily call volume
Comfortable using a CRM and basic computer systems
Clear, professional speaking voice and strong listening skills
