Role Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and sales-driven Telemarketer to join our State Farm agency team. In this role, you will work warm, third-party vendor leads that we provide. Your primary responsibility will be contacting prospects, completing insurance quotes and applications, and helping move their coverage to State Farm.


This is a high-activity, high-opportunity position for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable handling objections, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will also identify opportunities to bundle additional product lines when appropriate, helping customers secure well-rounded protection while increasing your earning potential.


This role includes making 80-100 outbound calls per day, along with follow-up texts and emails. If you enjoy talking to people, working leads consistently, and turning conversations into results, this could be a strong fit.


Responsibilities:
  • Contact third-party vendor leads to generate new business
  • Complete insurance quotes and applications over the phone
  • Present bundled coverage options across multiple product lines when appropriate
  • Make 80–100 outbound calls daily, plus follow-up texts and emails
  • Overcome objections professionally and confidently
  • Accurately document activity and manage leads within our system
  • Multitask efficiently between calls, CRM, quoting platforms, and email
  • Consistently work toward individual and agency production goals
Compensation:
  • $22–$26 per hour plus commission and bonus
  • Annual raises based on performance reviews
  • Average commission for team members selling auto plus life/health products is typically $500–$1,000 per month by month 3 (in addition to hourly pay)
  • Strong earning potential for motivated producers
Requirements:
  • Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day to provided leads
  • Confident handling objections and moving quickly to the next opportunity
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfort working across multiple computer systems
  • Professional, friendly, and persuasive phone presence
  • Previous telemarketing, internet sales, dealership sales, membership sales, or similar high-volume sales experience preferred
  • Licensed candidates preferred; must be willing to obtain required licensing if not currently licensed
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
