About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic
Spanish/English bilingual Lead Specialist to join our growing insurance agency.
Your primary responsibility is to contact prospective customers, determine their insurance needs, and connect interested individuals with one of our licensed insurance advisors for a quote.
If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and being part of a competitive team, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities- Call new internet leads within minutes of receiving them.
- Follow up with previous leads who never purchased.
- Contact former customers to see if they’re interested in returning.
- Reach out to existing customers regarding additional insurance needs.
- Qualify prospects and transfer interested callers to licensed team members.
- Update customer information and notes in our CRM.
- Help maintain an organized and active sales pipeline.
Qualifications- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation- Hourly pay

Schedule- Part-time
- Monday–Friday
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
