Role Overview: As a Telemarketer, you will be the voice of our agency—making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting State Farm insurance products, and generating qualified leads for our agents. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our insurance products and services.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to schedule appointments for agents.
Maintain and update customer and prospect information in our CRM system.
Stay knowledgeable about State Farm insurance products to effectively communicate options.
Follow State Farm compliance guidelines in all communications.
Track and report on call activity, lead generation, and appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous telemarketing or sales experience (insurance experience a plus).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
