Are you ambitious, creative, and outgoing? Join Kay Patel State Farm in Frisco, TX as a Part-Time Appointment Setter / Lead Coordinator. You’ll help grow our agency by connecting with potential customers and coordinating appointments for our licensed Sales team.
This is lead follow-up and appointment setting only — you will not be selling policies.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
Follow up with internet and marketing leads
Schedule appointments for licensed agents to review insurance options
Maintain accurate CRM notes in Salesforce CRM
Provide friendly, professional service on every call
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up
Work toward appointment-setting targets while maintaining high-quality lead information
Qualifications
Strong communication and phone skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
Comfortable making outbound calls
Organized and detail-oriented (CRM accuracy is essential)
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Ability to work independently and stay consistent with lead follow-up
