ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information.
- Follow up on leads generated from campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous telemarketing or call center experience preferred.
- Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
SCHEDULE: This is a Part-Time position, M-F afternoons.
