ROLE DESCRIPTION:


Daniel Lottinger - State Farm Agentis hiring a limited number of full-time, in-office Insurance Sales team members to support our growth in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life and fill the role of Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member.


We’re looking for motivated, coachable people who want to build a long-term career—starting with strong training and continuing with hands-on coaching. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate new business by executing a structured activity plan, including:
    • Inbound lead follow-up 
    • Outbound calling and outreach 
    • Prospecting and converting qualified leads into opportunities
  • Manage customer accounts by keeping customer and policy details accurate and up to date in the CRM/database.
  • Support customers with:
    • Policy questions and general inquiries 
    • Policy changes and updates 
    • Clear guidance on coverage options and next steps
  • Partner with underwriters to help applications and requests move forward efficiently and support timely policy issuance.
  • Maintain follow-through by tracking performance, documenting calls/statuses, and ensuring next steps are completed so leads don’t slip away.
  • Represent the agency professionally with strong communication and a customer-first mindset at every touchpoint.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Team player with a competitive spirit and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (friendly, clear, confident).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—accuracy is essential in insurance.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working in a CRM/database.
  • Previous experience at an insurance agency is a plus, or being currently P&C and/or Life licensed.
  • Prior sales and/or call center experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT
This is a licensed Insurance Sales position.
You must have or be able to obtain both:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License
  • Life License
