Responsibilities

• Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday/ 9 AM to 5 PM
• THIS IS NOT A SUMMER JOB 
• THIS IS AN IN PERSON JOB. NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPTIONS
• Part Time position with potential for Full Time 
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain within first 90 days of employment)
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED/equivalent
