Our agency has been proudly serving the community since August 2015, and our team of 11 (and counting!) is passionate about making a difference while enjoying a fulfilling and dynamic work environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Build and maintain customer relationships, providing friendly follow-ups when needed.
- Deliver prompt and accurate service, answering inquiries about coverages, policy changes, claims, and more.
- Stay focused on Auto, Home, and Life insurance conversations, knowing that you’re helping families feel secure.
- Bring enthusiasm to your role every day with a commitment to success and personal growth.
REQUIREMENTS:- Successful track record in meeting sales goals/quotas is a plus.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to make at least 100 outbound calls or engage in 8 Auto Conversations per day.
- Open to learning, coachable, and committed to meeting weekly activity goals based on effort, not sales.
