This is not a sit-and-wait position — we’re looking for someone who wants to grow, learn, and take ownership of their development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound calling to new leads & existing policyholders
  • Follow an organized call list and daily schedule
  • Explain the purpose of the call and transfer to a licensed team member
  • Document call results accurately in our system
  • Participate in weekly coaching and skill development
  • Request referrals and reviews when appropriate
