Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers
Generate leads and schedule appointments to support sales efforts
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Deliver friendly, accurate customer service by answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage
Collaborate closely with the team to achieve marketing and sales targets
Use effective communication skills to educate customers and drive business growth
Qualifications:
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Interest in marketing insurance and financial products
Proactive problem-solver with a can-do mindset
Ability to multitask efficiently and work well within a team
Detail-oriented and organized
Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license
Must have or be willing to obtain Life and Health license
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
