What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
  
  
• Build relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking prospective customers.
  
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance and financial-services solutions.
  
  
• Quote, present, follow up, and close new business.
  
  
• Meet activity, sales, and revenue goals.
  
  
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
  
  
• Previous sales experience required.
  
  
• Highly money motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
  
  
• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale.
  
  
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
  
  
• Insurance license preferred; willingness to obtain licensing is required if not currently licensed.
