What You’ll Do

•  Work warm leads only — no cold calling, no dialing random lists 
•  Call aged data (20+ years) + fresh inbound inquiries daily
•  Use proven scripts to overcome objections and lock in appointments
•  Set appointments for free in-home energy evaluations (no hard selling) 
•  Hit daily/weekly booking targets and maximize commission 

Compensation

• $15–$20/hour base (1099)
• Aggressive commission structure (up to $150 per appointment) 
• Performance bonuses + year-end volume incentives
•  High performers can significantly increase weekly earnings
