Telematics Product Manager - Sewell Fleet Management
We are seeking a commercially minded, results-driven Telematics Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of growth, cross-sell adoption, and market penetration across our fleet technology portfolio.In this role, you will be the commercial and operational owner of four core product lines: Telematics, Camera Systems, Motor Vehicle Records (MVR), and Toll Management. Your primary mission is to expand our subscription footprint across our active fleet customer base--with an immediate emphasis on attaching integrated Camera Systems and compliance add-ons to our established Telematics accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Growth & Portfolio Ownership: Own the commercial performance and subscription volume targets across all four product lines (Telematics, Camera Systems, MVR, and Toll Management).
Cross-Sell & Account Penetration: Design and execute go-to-market and account expansion strategies to increase multi-product adoption across our existing fleet client base.
Camera Systems Expansion: Spearhead campaigns targeting existing Telematics accounts to drive rapid adoption of integrated camera technology (our primary near-term growth lever).
Pipeline & Performance Tracking: Track subscription net-adds, product-level profit contributions, and client churn; build actionable reporting dashboards to forecast adoption trends.
Sales Enablement & Positioning: Partner directly with the direct sales, account management, and customer success teams to create compelling collateral, pricing structures, and product packaging that streamline conversion.
Voice of the Customer: Gather direct client feedback and fleet operational requirements to collaborate with vendor partners and technical teams on product packaging and feature enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in product management, commercial operations, product marketing, or sales enablement--ideally within fleet management, telematics, IoT, or B2B SaaS.
Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Strong fluency in subscription economics, gross profit margins, penetration rates, and sales pipeline mechanics.
Cross-Sell & Go-To-Market Execution: Demonstrated track record of identifying expansion opportunities within existing client bases and translating them into revenue.
