What You’ll Be Doing:
The Telemedicine Nurse Coordinator and Clinical Informatics Specialist is a dynamic position. ID Connect is a growing telemedicine company and the successful candidate for this position will be willing to adapt to new challenges. The candidate will perform a clinical and administrative role responsible for supporting patients receiving outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT) and managing informatics, reporting, documentation, and billing activities for a busy telemedicine company.
The position has two areas of focus: telemedicine-based OPAT patient monitoring and clinical coordination, and clinical informatics, data reporting, database management, and billing support. The position may be filled by a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).

This position reports to the VP of Practice and Services Implementation and works closely with Tele-ID physicians, OPAT RN Coordinator, and informatics teams.
