Join a team committed to uncompromising care and collaboration. As a Telemedicine Post Acute Physician youll work alongside trusted colleagues to deliver exceptional care and help shape outcomes that matter for patients and their families.
Local Team Collaboration
We are a close-knit team of 50 physicians.
We welcome the challenge of complex patients who are in post-acute care environments like nursing homes and need increased physician engagement a cross-coverage model via telemedicine and availability after hours on evenings nights and 247 on weekends and holidays.
Our providers are located across the country and can work from home while serving a much-needed population in post-acute facilities like nursing homes to prevent unnecessary ER visits and unnecessary hospitalizations.
Qualifications
MD or DO board-certified in IM or FM with 3 years of hospitalist experience.
Additional experience in post-acute
SNF is also welcome.
Prior experience in Telemedicine strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a desire to learn.
Minimum
CompactIMLCC and3 licenses. Preferences given to candidates who have a high number of state licenses and the Compact. Required licensure in several of the following states
CA CT FL MA MD NJ NY NV PA NC SC VA.
Scheduling
This is a full-time opportunity 120 hoursmonth.
Shifts are evening overnight and weekend hours.
35 of your monthly scheduled hours will be overnight 11 pm-11 am.
We offer a flexible schedule that is released in advance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cross-cover calls for post-acute facilities skilled nursing facilities and long-term care.
Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss practice changes or updates
Receive comprehensive training on technology protocols workflows and electronic medical records EMR systems.
Rewards and Compensation
Based on 120 hoursmonth a salary range average of 165k annually plus RVU bonus.
