What you’ll do

  • Provide on-site service and support during field visits and dispatches.
  • Align daily work to scheduled tasks to keep operations timely and predictable.
  • Install, repair, maintain, and test equipment to ensure full functionality and compliance.
  • Identify faults, isolate root causes, and apply the right fix.
  • Produce accurate, timely reports detailing work performed and outcomes.
  • Improve processes by documenting and suggesting enhancements.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and use field automation tools to manage routes and tasks.
  • Adhere to company protocols and safety procedures at all times.
  • Share knowledge across teams and collaborate to strengthen service delivery.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Provide actionable feedback to elevate installations and the customer experience.

  • Technical proficiency with testing, diagnostics, and servicing of electronic/IoT equipment.

The must-haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience in field operations, technical support, or equipment installation/maintenance; hands-on IoT/electronics troubleshooting; customer-facing experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (vehicle operation is part of the role).
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.

Nice to have

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in IT, electronics, or engineering.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
  • Prior telemetry or gas industry exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of United States geography.
  • No criminal or judicial record related to the services provided.
