- Night Shift
- 3x12 Hour Shifts (34.5 Hours/Week)
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every Other Weekend Required

Job Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Telemetry Technician to provide continuous cardiac monitoring and advanced ECG rhythm interpretation in a high-acuity pediatric hospital setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment in identifying life-threatening arrhythmias, responding promptly to critical alarms, and supporting rapid response and code situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform continuous ECG monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias
- Identify and respond immediately to life-threatening rhythm changes
- Assist during emergency codes, including rhythm documentation and support
- Perform and document 12-lead ECGs with accurate electrode placement
- Troubleshoot telemetry monitoring systems and equipment issues
- Communicate critical findings effectively with nursing and medical teams
- Retrieve and report lab results as required
- Enter and verify orders in the hospital information system
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure proper functioning and safe use of all monitoring equipment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or equivalent, valid within 1 year)
- Completion of Telemetry Technician Certification
- Completion of Dysrhythmia interpretation course
- Strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric telemetry experience (required for this assignment)
- Prior acute care or hospital telemetry unit experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
