Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience.
• 6 months of Epic experience is required with 6 months within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <40 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have recent experience in drawing blood as well as starting/maintaining IVs. Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood. 2+ years of RN experience in an MS/Tele position is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Looking for a nurse with 2+ years of recent charge experience who is comfortable and willing to take charge on shift.
Required Credentials: Must have an accredited nursing degree through the ACEN or CCNE to be considered. Must have have graduated from an accredited nursing school. Summa EKG Exam required; passing score of 80% or higher.
Special Requests: RTO must be submitted at time of submission. RTO is not allowed during the first two weeks of the assignment. Any RTO after submission will not be accepted. Block schedules will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Unit Details: The unit is a cardiac telemetry unit.
Shift & Scheduling: Maximum RTO: 7 days. Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday.
7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
