Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience.
• 6 months of Epic experience is required with 6 months within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <40 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood. Must be proficient in stroke scales and caring for neuro-type patients. Phlebotomy experience within the last year required. Experience starting and maintaining IVs required. Post-trauma patient experience required.
Required Credentials: Must have have graduated from an accredited nursing school. An accredited nursing degree through the ACEN or CCNE is required. Summa EKG Exam required; passing score of 80% or higher.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. RTO is not allowed during the first two weeks of the assignment.
Unit Details: The unit cares for neuro-type and post-trauma patients; stroke scales are used.
Shift & Scheduling: Maximum RTO: 7 days.
7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
