Be the calm, professional voice at the center of hospital communication. As a Telephone Operator, you’ll manage incoming and outgoing calls, respond to emergencies, and help ensure a safe and connected environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate the Avaya switchboard to handle all calls promptly and professionally
- Monitor hospital codes, alarms, and safety systems
- Activate beepers and emergency notifications as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with patient information
- Support telecommunications operations and assist with additional duties as needed
- Represent the hospital with a professional demeanor and appearance
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Switchboard experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills (required)
