The Telephone Switchboard Operator is responsible for operating the telephone switchboard to ensure effective communication across the medical center and all off-site outpatient clinics.
This role provides 24/7 coverage, including holidays, with a minimum of two operators on duty.
Due to scheduled leave and sick calls, the operator may work alone during weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays.
The position requires prompt, professional handling of incoming and outgoing calls, and coordination to support smooth communication within the medical facility and external locations.
