We are looking for high-achieving, results-oriented Remote Sales Appointment Setters who excel in a virtual environment. This is a sales role with quotas!!

The phone sales role focuses on reaching out to warm leads to schedule portrait sessions. We pride ourselves on treating our clients exceptionally well, ensuring a remarkable experience from start to finish. As a telephone sales representative, your primary objective is to keep our studio's schedule fully booked.

What personal qualities and experience are we searching for?

• Previous experience: 5 years in a SALES role WITH QUOTAS
• CALL CENTER/telemarketing/phone sales role required
• Be able to get excited on the phone with a WARM personality and an amazing phone voice
• Must meet weekly sales quota
• Excellent verbal communication with mastery of scarcity and urgency
• Strong ATTENTION-TO-DETAIL with the ability to follow systems and procedures
• Strong work ethic, dedicated, and time management skills
• Organized and tech savvy
• The ability to work independently and must be driven & competitive
• You must be a strong sales closer

• Fast Cable Internet Connection
• Dedicated Home Office, computer
• 2 monitors suggested
• Corded Computer Headset
• Must be able to work well with other colleagues
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, diffuse clients, especially during peak hours or intense situations

Do we provide training?

Yes, paid training is mandatory and will be held from the comfort of your home during business hours. More information will be provided if you are successful in obtaining the role. Regular on-going meetings with the team provide further education and training opportunities.
