Telesales Service Representative

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Are you a proactive and relationship-driven professional who enjoys creating opportunities and building trust with customers?

We are looking for a confident B2B sales professional with strong telephone presence, commercial curiosity, and the ability to quickly understand customer needs. In this role, you will help identify customer needs, match them with the right solutions, and contribute to business growth through a service-oriented and solution-focused approach.

Your Responsibilities:

• Focus on outbound sales calls / campaign execution to potential customers to sell and promote our services.
• As second priority, follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
• Build rapport and establish a relationship with customers through active listening and effective communication.
• Effectively communicate the value of our services and answer customer questions and objections, utilizing our group tools such as SET.
• Accurately record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Analyze and utilize data in a service sales context.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum of two years' experience in a comparable customer-facing sales or service role, preferably within B2B, technical, or instrumentation-related environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in IT systems, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience communicating in a Nordic B2B context is an advantage.

• Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to identify customer needs quickly.

• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Service-minded and skilled at building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
