Work Location Type: In-OfficeSchedule: 15-19 hours/week

• Monday-Friday: 2-6:15

• Saturdays: 8:45-12:15, one Saturday off per month

Pay: $17.75-$18.75/hr dependent on experience

Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Fargo Hornbacher's Village West Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.

• Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.

• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.

• Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75

• Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!

• Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 per week between the hours of 2-6:15 M-F with Saturdays!!
