Job Summary:
This role is responsible for training branch colleagues on the Teller Insight system, ensuring they can efficiently and accurately process transactions. You will guide users through system functions, provide hands-on practice, and troubleshoot common issues. The position involves extensive travel for onsite training and support across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct training sessions on Teller Insight functionalities.
- Guide users through system navigation and transaction processing.
- Facilitate hands-on practice and error correction.
- Explain cash handling and balancing procedures.
Must-Have Skills:- Ensure understanding of security and compliance protocols.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot system-related problems.
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience within the banking or financial services industry, specifically with retail banking operations and teller system functionalities.
