As the first point of contact for our clients, you will deliver outstanding customer service, accurately process financial transactions, and build a solid understanding of the bank’s products and services. This role offers the chance to support a wide range of customers—from individuals opening their first account to long-term clients managing their financial goals.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of one year of customer service and cash-handling experience
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively
- High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling transactions and confidential information
- Sales and advisory skills to educate customers on available products and services

- Pay: $20-$23.50/hr DOE
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Friday 8:00AM - 6:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
