Here are a few things you would do as a teller: 
Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments efficiently and accurately. 
Assist members with account inquiries, check cashing, and resolving basic banking issues. 
Identify opportunities to refer customers to other banking services, such as loans, savings accounts, or investment services. 
Promote and explain banking products, services, and digital banking tools. 
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every member.
Build long term relationships with members and co-workers. 
Skills/Requirements 
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent listening and verbal skills, and ability to promote products and services. 
Attention to detail and time management skills. 
Demonstrated computer proficiency with the internet and Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Work, and Outlook. 
Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines, with the ability to adapt within a changing environment.
Previous banking experience preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish, a plus.
