Contract: 6 months
Pay Rate: $22/hr (W2)

Job Description:
Seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls related to client account inquiries, online/mobile platform support, cash management services, and general financial questions. The ideal candidate has a college degree or prior contact center experience, delivers accurate and efficient responses, and consistently meets performance metrics. Must thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, multitask effectively, and adapt quickly to evolving processes.
