Wharton Computing is the central IT Organization for the School and provides academic and administrative technology services and support.

This position provides direct executive calendar support and cross-functional project management for senior directors, as well as operational oversight across core departmental platforms (Asana, Halo F&A, and Halo Operations).

Job Description

  • Executive Scheduling & Time Management (40%): Provide direct calendar support for senior directors. Coordinate complex meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, triage incoming requests, and prioritize executive time commitments.
  • Cross-System Project Management (45%): Support project workflows across Asana, Halo F&A, and Halo Operations. Track deliverables, maintain accurate documentation, follow up on outstanding action items, and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Operational & Administrative Continuity (10%): Prepare meeting agendas, compile background materials, document meeting outcomes, and support ongoing departmental processes to maintain operational stability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned (5%)
