This is a temporary position with potential for full-time. The successful candidate will be referred to Walker Staffing Services.
2nd Shift Schedule (4-10s): 2:00 pm - 12:30 am, Monday-Thursday.
Role Summary/Purpose:
Level 1 Assemblers are trained in assembly of product but have not received certification as final assembler. This associate is classified as an assistant and or working towards certification.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the ability to assist in all final assembly positions
- General production help
- Tapping sleeve final assembly
- Ultra-sleeve final assembly
- TX3 final assembly
- Repair Clamp final assembly
- Operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
- Build product subassemblies or final assemblies
- Prepare and assemble materials
- Maintain inventory of job materials
- Package finished products
- Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements
- Start up and shut down processing equipment
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Clean production equipment or work areas
- Select proper cleaning materials, tools, or equipment
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
