Position Summary
This one-year, 40 hours/week, position is a member of the Catalog & Curriculum Management area focused on uAchieve Planner implementation support and operational backfill. This may include requirements gathering and documentation, data validation, and testing as well as uAchieve application support and issue resolution. Knowledge of the University's academic programs, policies, and systems, and understanding of the complexities of the degree audit, is applied to advance the University's student degree progress initiatives. This position works with a team of analysts and interacts with collegiate and system campus partners as well as partner units in the Office of Admissions and Office of Undergraduate Education.
Academic Support Resources supports hybrid and flexible working arrangements. Work arrangements are determined in coordination with supervisors depending on the nature of the unit and position. The arrangement for this position will be determined upon hire between employee and supervisor. Applicants must reside within the state of Minnesota or live within a commutable distance from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position. This is a 100%-time, 40 hour/week salaried position.

OTR is made up of two primary pillars: Academic & Student Services (records & enrollment and service operations) and Enterprise Application Services (catalog & curriculum management, non-credit registration, and data quality & reporting). All serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $75,000 - $78,000 annually, depending on education/qualifications/experience
Time Appointment: 100% Appointment
